Free Bullion Investment Guide
Thanks You for Visiting!

My name is Steven Warrenfeltz, and I created the this guide for those who are looking for honest information about investing in precious metals bullion.

The other side of this guide is my way of fulfilling a promise to a childhood friend who died of cancer.

That promise was to do whatever I could to support those who are Battling Cancer (researchers/patients), and in doing so, try to help rid the world of this horrible disease.

The guide is my effort to make a bigger impact against the disease by combining what I love, 'investing,' while fulfilling a promise.

The Free Bullion Investment Guide has three missions:

  • The 1st mission is to be an Honest place on the web that provides you with the Best Bullion Market Reference Material.

Design of the
1oz. American Eagle Gold
Bullion Coin

Obverse

The obverse side of the 1 oz. American Eagle Gold Bullion Coin is based on world-renowned American sculptor, Augustus Saint-Gaudens’ design for the prized 1907 $20 gold coin.

The design depicts Lady Liberty in a flowing gown with windblown hair
standing proudly over the U.S. Capital in the lower background.

A torch is in her right hand and an olive branch is in her left hand.

"LIBERTY" is inscribed along the top of the gold coin.

The Year of Issue for the gold bullion coin can be found below the olive branch.

The Edge of the coin is Reeded.

Note: From 1986 - 1991, American Eagle Gold coin had the Year of Issue stated in Roman Numerals. From 1992 to present, the year of issue has been numerical.

Reverse

Symbolizing American tradition and unity the reverse side of the gold bullion coin depicts a family of eagles, designed by Miley Busiek (now Miley Frost)

Miley Busiek's design shows a father eagle returning to his family's nest with olive branches in his talons.

Across the top of the 1 oz. Gold bullion coin is the words "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA."

Found along the bottom of the gold eagle bullion coin, is its Weight, Purity and Face Value, "1 OZ. FINE GOLD~50 DOLLARS."

Also displayed on the reverse side of the coin are two phrases that are found on all American currency "E PLURIBUS UNUM," which is Latin for "Out of Many, One," and "IN GOD WE TRUST."

Underneath the nesting family of eagles is the initials "MB" which are the initial's of Miley Busiek, and the initials "JW" the who was the original engraver of the coin (the name of this individual 'JW' is unknown at this time).

Note: American Eagle bullion coins do not have a Mint Mark.  Only the Collector's Proof and Collector's Un-Circulated Versions of the American Gold Eagle have a mint mark on the reverse side.
